With its attractive design, smartly designed burner configuration, and intuitive touch controls, the CR4B30T11B brings a user-friendly cooking performance with reliable safety to the kitchen. Additional choices are available in 24" and 36" wide sizes, as well as white glass finishes.

Summit® 30" Black Electric Cooktop

The CR4B30T11B is a 30" wide 208-240V radiant cooktop designed to fit popular 29 1/2" W x 19 5/8" D counter cutouts. The surface is made from smooth EuroKera ceramic glass in a jet black finish for a durable, modern look. This unit does not ship with a power cord and must be hard-wired by a professional.

Four elements let you meet a variety of cooking needs, with an extra large 2500W 9 3/4" front dual zone element ideal for woks, Dutch ovens, and other larger cooking vessels. The inner element is just 5 1/2", perfect for smaller pots used to melt butter, chocolate, and more. This unit includes an 1800W 8" burner located in the rear left, great for boiling water or heating up sauces in large pans while the front element is also in use. Two 6 1/2" 1200W elements accommodate smaller cookware.

The upfront digital controls are located to the right, ensuring you won't have to reach over the controls when adjusting your pots and pans. The temperature is easy to adjust with intuitive touch controls. This unit also includes a timer function that lets you program a power level and cook time (up to 99 minutes) that can either turn the unit off when complete, or serve as a visual countdown with an audible alert when the set time has been reached. Safety features include a child lock function, automatic shutoff after two hours, and a residual heat indicator.

2 Standard 1200W burners - Front left and rear right burners are 6.5" in diameter to meet most cooking needs

Digital touch controls - Easy operation with a digital control panel and digital display, located upfront but towards the side to help prevent any unintended adjustments when cooking

Timer - Allows you to program either burner to heat at a specified level for up to 99 minutes and either turn off when finished or display a countdown with an audible alert when the time is up

ADA compliant design - Upfront controls meet ADA guidelines for easier accessibilty

Safety cut-off function - If the cooktop on/off switch is touched but no power level is selected within one minute, the cooktop automatically turns off
