Summit® 24" White Slide In Induction Range

Model WEM665W brings precise and efficient cooking to smaller kitchen spaces with a 24" footprint. The cooking surface features four induction zones, while the large electric oven offers nearly 3 cu.ft. of cooking space for baking and broiling. This unit comes in a classic white finish and no rear backguard for a slide-in look. It has a recessed oven door and is conveniently sized at just 24" deep for a better fit in galley in L-shaped kitchens, where every inch counts. A towel bar handle in brushed stainless steel provides an added touch of style to the oven door. This range requires professional installation with a standard 40 amp 3 or 4-prong cord.

Unlike radiant heating, induction technology utilizes magnetized energy that starts inside the cookware, meaning the temperature of the actual cooktop surface does not get nearly as hot as traditional gas or electric elements. Most of the heat is retained inside your cookware, making induction technology the most efficient heating method for your kitchen.

The surface is constructed from smooth EuroKera white glass to create a modern, easy-to-clean surface. The front left and rear right elements are sized at 8 1/4", ideal for boiling large pots of water or cooking with woks and other large cookware.

The smart burner layout helps provide plenty of room so that larger cooking vessels are spaced apart, making it easier to use all four elements without cookware colliding. Touch controls allow intuitive operation. The digital display shows which elements are in use and their power setting. Audible beeps sound when the touch controls are activated.

This model's oven includes an interior light and window to keep your cooking in view. Two adjustable racks make it easy to accommodate a variety of sizes. The waist-high broiler is located inside the oven, allowing you to switch functions without moving contents to a separate compartment on the floor. Under the oven is a lower drop-down compartment ideal for storing cookware complete with an attractive stainless steel towel bar handle.

Summit's American-made induction ranges are ADA compliant, with the cooktop controls located upfront and the oven knob centered on the front manifold for easy and accessible use. Additional choices are available in stainless steel (TEM665BW) and jet black (TEM665CW), as well as traditional coil and radiant stoves in this size.

Indicator shows when the surface is still hot to touch

If a cooking zone is in use for over two hours with no changes to the control setting, the burner will automatically turn off to prevent unsupervised heating

If the cooktop on/off switch is touched but no power level is selected within one minute, the cooktop automatically turns off

Power will automatically shut off if boiling liquid or a wet cloth touches the control panel

Allows you to program either burner to heat at a specified level for up to 99 minutes and either turn off when finished or display a countdown with an audible alert when the time is up
